Project agreement
A project begins only after a written proposal defines scope, deliverables, schedule, client inputs, fees, revisions, approvals, intellectual-property terms and support. A typical 2–4 week target applies only to suitable projects with timely client cooperation and an agreed schedule.
Client materials
Clients must have the rights to provide text, logos, images and other materials and approve factual and legal claims before publication.
Third-party services
Domains, hosting, search products and other external tools have their own terms, fees and availability. Unless the proposal says otherwise, the client owns and pays for their accounts and subscriptions.
