Indexing is not ranking

Discovery and indexing make a page eligible to appear in search; ranking depends on many factors, including usefulness, relevance and competition. An XML sitemap, accessible links and correct canonical signals help discovery, but none promises indexing or a particular position.
Review coverage in search-console tools after launch. Fix real technical barriers first, then improve content to answer actual customer needs.
